Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates Holds Groundbreaking For New 52,000-Square-Foot Facility

Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates recently broke ground on a new 52,000-square-foot, two-story office building. This new office site is located in Charlotte at the corner of Baldwin and East Third Street, near both Presbyterian Hospital and Carolinas Medical Center. Upon completion, the new building will allow the practice to consolidate its office on Edgehill Road, as well as the administrative office and research department, which are currently on Morehead Street. Tyler 2 and FN Thompson were selected as contractors for the state-of-the-art facility that is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2005.

“This new building will ensure our practice remains an innovator in the field of neurosurgery for this region and the nation,” said Mary Cloninger of Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates. “Expanded services and additional research efforts for brain tumors and spine disorders will be possible at our new facility.”
