Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates, established in 1940, is one of the oldest and now largest private neurosurgical practices in the country. The group consists of 48 physicians, 44 advanced practice providers, and over 550 employees. Now with 10 office locations spanning the Carolinas, over 60,000 patients annually receive individualized brain and spine care.
