Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates Opens Donation Drive to Support Communities Impacted by Hurricane Helene

In response to the recent devastation caused by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina, Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates is stepping up to help the affected communities. Our hearts go out to those who have been impacted, and we are committed to doing what we can to support recovery and relief efforts. To that end, we are now accepting donations of essential supplies at all of our office locations.
How You Can Help
We encourage patients, staff, and community members to donate items that are most needed during this critical time. If you are able to contribute, please bring any of the following supplies to one of our locations.

- Waterproof mattress pads

- Dehumidifiers
- Microban disinfectant spray
- Damp-Rid moisture absorbers
- Bee and hornet killer
- Baby blankets
- Tents (1, 2, and 4 person)
- Generators (7500W+)
- Garmin InReach Satellite Messengers (Mini 2 or handheld option)

- Sleeping Bags rated for negative degree cold weather
- Propane & Butane Tanks
- Camping Stoves
- Solar Battery Banks (the more watts the better)
- Laundry Detergent / Powdered Tide
- 5 Gallon Buckets
- Chainsaw Lube + Sharpening Kits
- Hazmat Suits + Waterproof Rubber Boots above the ankle
- Flashlights/Headlamps
- Battery or Solar Lanterns
- Heavy-Duty Extension Cords
