Biography
As a Neurosurgeon at Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates, Dr. Jonathan Thomas specializes in Neurosurgical Oncology and minimally invasive surgery for complex spinal issues. He has many special interests in neurosurgery to include treating metastatic brain tumors. Dr. Thomas feels that practicing medicine at Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates allows him to put his patients first and deliver life-changing care with compassion.
Dr. Thomas is married and is a proud girl dad of two young daughters. Both Dr. Thomas and his wife share a passion for providing patient care as she is a neurologist with a focus in academia and treating patients with neurological movement disorders.
When they are not caring for their patients, Dr. Thomas and his wife enjoy spending time as family. Dr. Thomas enjoys active hobbies such as tennis and has enjoyed perfecting his golf skills, now living in the Southeast. Dr. Thomas is originally from Michigan and is an enthusiastic Michigan Wolverines fan!
